I’ve been trying to incorporate more self-care activities into my daily routine. I’ll take a bubble bath, read a book, or even just spend some time listening to music. It’s important to take time for yourself and do things that make you feel good.
For me, talking to someone is the best way to manage stress. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or therapist, it really helps to have someone to talk to and get things off my chest.
