    I’ve been trying to incorporate more self-care activities into my daily routine. I’ll take a bubble bath, read a book, or even just spend some time listening to music. It’s important to take time for yourself and do things that make you feel good.

    For me, talking to someone is the best way to manage stress. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or therapist, it really helps to have someone to talk to and get things off my chest.

    I find that getting out in nature is a great way to manage stress. I like to go for hikes or spend time in the park. There’s something about being surrounded by nature that is very calming and helps me feel more relaxed.

    I like to practice mindfulness and meditation. Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I take a few minutes to focus on my breath and clear my mind. It really helps me feel centered and grounded.
