I’ve been trying to incorporate more self-care activities into my daily routine. I’ll take a bubble bath, read a book, or even just spend some time listening to music. It’s important to take time for yourself and do things that make you feel good.
I find that getting out in nature is a great way to manage stress. I like to go for hikes or spend time in the park. There’s something about being surrounded by nature that is very calming and helps me feel more relaxed.
