For me, it’s all about setting achievable goals and having a workout plan. I make sure to set aside time each day for exercise, and I track my progress using a fitness app.
I find that setting specific, measurable goals helps me stay motivated. For example, I might aim to run a certain distance within a certain amount of time. It feels great to accomplish those goals and see progress.
I try to focus on how exercise makes me feel, rather than just the physical benefits. When I’m consistent with my workouts, I have more energy and feel happier overall.
I like to switch up my workouts to keep things interesting. I’ll do yoga one day, strength training the next, and then maybe go for a run. I also find it helpful to have a workout buddy to keep me accountable.
