I think my mental health has been pretty good recently. I’ve been trying to make self-care a priority and taking time for myself, whether it’s going for a walk or reading a book.
I’m doing pretty well too. I’ve been trying to focus on the positive and avoid negative self-talk. I find that when I’m kind to myself and give myself a break, my mental health is much better.
My mental health has been okay, but I’m definitely feeling a bit burnt out. I’ve been working a lot lately and I feel like I don’t have a lot of time for myself. I’m trying to take some time off work to relax and recharge.
To be honest, I’ve been struggling a bit. I’ve had a lot of stress at work and I find myself feeling anxious and overwhelmed a lot of the time. I’m trying to practice mindfulness and meditation, but it’s been a bit of a challenge.
