    I’ve tried using magnesium supplements for insomnia, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I think everyone’s body is different, so what works for some people may not work for others.

    I’ve also used magnesium supplements for sleep, but I found that taking it in the morning or afternoon helped me more than taking it at night. It helped me to feel more calm and relaxed throughout the day.
