there are many factors that can contribute to weight gain, and it’s not always entirely a person’s fault. These factors can include genetics, medical conditions, medications, mental health, socioeconomic status, and access to healthy food and opportunities for physical activity.

I think it’s unfair when people assume that being overweight is a result of just eating too much or being lazy.

In my opinion, Food industry plays a big role too, with all the unhealthy processed foods and sugary drinks that are constantly advertised and available.

While maintaining a healthy weight is important for overall health, it’s important to approach the topic with empathy and understanding, and not to place blame or shame on individuals who may be struggling with their weight. There are many resources and support systems available to help people achieve and maintain a healthy weight, and it’s important to approach the issue in a constructive and supportive way.
