One of the most common dietary changes I make is to increase my intake of fruits and vegetables. This is because these foods are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and other beneficial nutrients that can support overall health and well-being. I incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet by adding them to my meals or snacks, or drinking them in the form of juices or smoothies.
I reduce my intake of red meat and other sources of saturated fat. That’s because a diet high in saturated fat is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, stroke and other health problems. I choose to replace red meat with other sources of protein, such as poultry, fish, or legumes, or I may focus on eating more plant-based foods.
