I struggle with eating a healthy diet when I’m out with friends or at social events. There are always so many tempting foods and drinks around, and it can be hard to resist them.
For me, the hardest part is getting enough sleep. I have trouble falling asleep at night, and I often wake up feeling tired and groggy.
It’s definitely sticking to a consistent exercise routine. It’s hard to find the motivation to work out every day, especially when life gets busy.
I think the hardest part is finding the time to prioritize my health. There are so many other things competing for my time and attention, like work, family, and social commitments.
