For me, it was a CrossFit workout called “Murph”. It’s a combination of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another one-mile run. It took me over an hour to complete and I was completely exhausted afterwards.
I tried a boxing class once and it was definitely the hardest workout I’ve ever done. The combination of punching and footwork was really challenging, and I was completely worn out by the end of the class.
I once did a hot yoga class in a room that was heated to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It was incredibly challenging to stay focused and keep up with the poses while also dealing with the intense heat.
I used to do competitive rowing in college, and the training was grueling. We would spend hours on the water every day and also do weightlifting and cardio workouts on top of that. It was definitely a full-time commitment.
I participated in a Spartan Race once, and it was definitely the hardest workout I’ve ever done. The obstacles were incredibly challenging and the course was very hilly, so it was a real test of strength and endurance.
I remember doing a spin class where the instructor had us doing sprints for what felt like an eternity. I felt like my legs were on fire by the end of it.
For me, it’s all about taking a hot bath. I find the warm water really relaxing, and it gives me a chance to disconnect from everything else and just focus on myself.
