Sport that is often said to represent life at its core is wrestling. Wrestling is a sport that requires mental and physical toughness, discipline, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. It is a one-on-one competition in which athletes must confront each other directly, often in a test of strength, skill, and willpower. Wrestling requires the ability to overcome adversity, to persist through pain and fatigue, and to remain focused on the present moment.
