What stood out to me about this class was the size and physicality of some of the players. There were a few big-bodied receivers who could make contested catches and use their size to their advantage in the red zone. It will be interesting to see how they develop at the NFL level.
I also think this class had a lot of depth. There were plenty of great wide receivers available in the later rounds, which is always a good sign. It means teams can find value and potentially uncover some hidden gems.
One thing I noticed about this class is that there were a lot of great route runners. These players had the ability to get open consistently and make plays even when they weren’t wide open. That’s such an important skill for a wide receiver to have.
