    I’ve found that setting goals has been really helpful for me. It’s not just about losing weight or looking a certain way, but about feeling good and being healthy. By setting achievable goals, I feel like I’m making progress and that keeps me motivated.

    I’ve had anxiety attacks before, and for me, they usually come out of nowhere. It can be triggered by something as simple as being in a crowded room or hearing a loud noise. But most of the time, it’s just a sudden feeling of overwhelming dread.

    Suicide is a tragic and heartbreaking situation that should never be taken lightly. People who commit suicide are often dealing with a tremendous amount of emotional pain and suffering.

    I think it’s important to remember that mental illness impacts everyone in the family, not just the person who has it. It can be difficult to talk about, but it’s important to seek support and help when needed.

    I’ve started incorporating more plant-based foods into my diet. I used to eat a lot of meat, but now I try to have at least one meatless meal a day

    I’m actually quite afraid of spending the night alone in a house. I always feel like someone is watching me or that I’m going to be attacked. It’s really frustrating because I know logically that nothing is going to happen, but I can’t shake the feeling.
